Kesiilwe Insurance is a one-person independent Medicare agency run by Thabang Kesiilwe. This policy explains what information I collect, why I collect it, and what I do and do not do with it. It is written plainly on purpose.
Mobile information and text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
If you give me your mobile number, I may text you about your coverage, upcoming enrollment periods, appointment scheduling, or to ask for a review of my service. I text only people who have given me permission to do so.
You can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP to any text. Reply HELP for assistance, or reach me directly at (760) 718-8190. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Text-message consent is never a condition of enrolling in any plan or of receiving help from me.
Mobile numbers and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
What I collect
- Contact details you give me: name, phone number, email address, and mailing address.
- Basic eligibility details needed to compare plans: date of birth, ZIP code, current coverage, and the benefits that matter to you.
- Information you enter into the quiz or contact form on this website.
- Standard website analytics, which tell me how the site is used but do not identify you personally.
This site does not ask for medical diagnosis details, and I do not request your Social Security number through this website.
How I use it
- To answer your question, compare plans, and help you enroll if you choose to.
- To submit an enrollment application to the insurance carrier you select.
- To stay in touch about your coverage, enrollment windows, and service.
Who I share it with
I share your information only with the insurance carrier you choose to enroll with, and with service providers who help me operate my business, such as my website host, email provider, and text-messaging platform. Those providers may only use your information to perform work on my behalf.
I do not sell your personal information. I do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing.
I may disclose information where required by law, or where required by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services or a state department of insurance.
How it is protected
Client records are kept in access-controlled systems and retained for as long as required by carrier and CMS recordkeeping rules. No system is perfectly secure, but I limit what I collect and who can see it.
Your choices
- Ask me what information I hold about you, and ask me to correct it.
- Ask me to delete information I am not required to retain.
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP, or ask me to stop calling or emailing.

This site is intended for adults eligible for Medicare. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
